SHIPPING AND INSPECTION POLICY

Scope of Application

Applies to deliveries within all areas of Ho Chi Minh City (except for Nhà Bè, Hóc Môn, Củ Chi, and Cần Giờ)

Delivery and Receipt Time

• All orders placed from 7 AM to 7 PM will be delivered on the same day, with a maximum time of 2 hours.
• All orders placed after 7 PM will be delivered at 7 AM the next day.

Delivery Method

By road, including but not limited to vehicles such as motorcycles, trucks, pickup trucks, and cars.

During the delivery process, if the customer requires an invoice or document, the company will send it via email or provide it when purchasing directly at the store.

Inspection Policy

Upon receiving the goods, the customer has the right to request the delivery staff to open and inspect the items.

• If the seller delivers the wrong type of product, the customer has the right to return the goods and not make payment.
• If the order is incorrect after payment, the customer has the right to request a refund or the correct order to be delivered.
