Gióng 57 Nguyễn Du is entrusted with the task of recalling the most successful printing house of its time in Saigon – Imprimerie de l’Union of Mr. Nguyễn Văn Của, famous for publishing Lục Tỉnh Tân Văn.
Welcome to the café with impressive yellow walls, accented with green door frames, creating a modern color contrast. The tall red counter that reaches the ceiling is where the delicious drinks are prepared before being served to customers, adding a youthful touch to the space. Customers will feel warm with the brown wooden furniture, interspersed with soft leather sofas, reminiscent of old Saigon style.
Located at the former headquarters of the printing house, Gióng 57 Nguyễn Du brings you the modern pace of today’s Saigon, as well as the grandeur of the once-glorious Pearl of the Orient.

Gióng Ngã Sáu can be considered a project that resurrects space. Originating from a love for Bình Dương, where the founders of Gióng were born and grew up, the design of Gióng Ngã Sáu is inspired by the cultural values of Bình Dương’s past, skillfully blended with modernity in the heart of today’s bustling city.
Gióng Ngã Sáu has a large space with a ground floor, two levels, and a rooftop. Every floor has windows with views of the surrounding scenery, maximizing natural light, ensuring the space is always vibrant. You can visit Gióng Ngã Sáu to enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee or watch the sunset in the late afternoon.
The space at Gióng Ngã Sáu is a fusion of two eras. Old Bình Dương is recreated with Định Hòa and Thành Lễ lacquer paintings, Đại Hưng pottery jars, and handmade craft products displayed as a reminder of the region’s cultural values that have gradually been forgotten in the fast-paced life.
The rooftop of Gióng Ngã Sáu is also an ideal spot for those seeking relaxation after a long, stressful day. Facing the Cathedral, the rooftop gives you the feeling of being immersed in the ancient atmosphere of France.

Located in the city center, just 300 meters from the beach, Gióng Nha Trang opens up a vast space combining Cham Pa culture and modern dynamic architecture. In the coastal city of Nha Trang, Gióng has chosen to bring Cham Pa cultural features into a modern coffee shop. Throughout the café, the sharp spires of ancient temples can be seen, with red-fired bricks and intricate dance patterns reminding us of the long-standing cultural values along Central Vietnam’s coastal land.
Gióng features an open, seamless design between indoors and outdoors, promoting an open connection between people. The spacious area with large glass windows allows you to enjoy the lively view of the intersection.
Located close to the raw material region of Tây Nguyên and easily connected to Central and Southern areas, Gióng Nha Trang is the heart of the roasting team. With an open roasting house design that includes storage and packing/workshop areas made of glass, you can observe the roasting, grinding, and brewing processes right at the heart of the café.

Gióng Hội An inherits the distinctive cultural features of the ancient port city, a place of trade exchange between cultures, old and new, art and life.
Immersed in the UNESCO-recognized World Heritage land, Gióng Hội An preserves the original architecture of a traditional three-room house in the ancient town. The two-story house breathes Chinese architectural influences, with a front room used for trade and the rear and upper rooms used for storage and living. The ancient house, with its deep structure, yin-yang tiled roof, solid ironwood frame, and yellow lime-washed brick walls, has stood the test of time in the harsh Central Coast land.
Gióng Hội An continues the spirit of East-West cultural exchange, preserving and harmonizing the memories of trade and culture over many years, blending tradition and modernity of the ancient town. At Gióng Hội An, you can buy and experience roasted coffee beans and authentic Vietnamese products from the front trading area or enjoy a Vietnamese coffee, a Western-imported drink, in the ancient Eastern-style house that makes visitors feel the calm flow of history by the Thu Bồn River.
