MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ECO GIÓNG JOINT STOCK COMPANY
GENERAL INTRODUCTION
Membership Points: Will be accumulated on the Gióng Coffee app when paying with cash, bank cards, MoMo accounts, or other accepted payment methods at any Gióng store.
Current Accumulated Points: Used to determine membership levels: **Corporal, Captain, Colonel, General**. To maintain a level, the Member must continue accumulating points each month to retain the required number of points for that level within 12 months. If the required points are not met by the deadline, the Member will be downgraded. Points older than 12 months will expire and will not count toward level assessment.
Voucher Exchange Points: Can only be used to redeem vouchers. When the total purchase value reaches the first 1,000 points, the Customer will receive a gift voucher for a free drink of any size. Reward points upon level upgrades will correspond to different vouchers based on ongoing promotions at the time of redemption. Voucher Exchange Points will expire if no transactions accumulate points within one year from the last transaction date.
Current Level Evaluation Period: Always rotates monthly. Example: If the Customer is in May 2021, the current evaluation period will be from 01/05/2020 – 31/05/2021. When entering June 2021, the evaluation period will shift to 01/06/2020 – 30/06/2021.
Expiring Points: Displays the number of points that are about to expire.
Expiration Date: Indicates that after this date, the expiring points in the Customer’s account will be removed.
PURPOSE OF THE POINT ACCUMULATION APP
The Member App is used to accumulate reward points under the reward card program organized by Eco Gióng Joint Stock Company at Gióng Coffee shops.
ELIGIBILITY
The Reward Point Accumulation Program applies to all individuals aged 18 and above who are Vietnamese citizens, foreign residents, or individuals with a work permit residing in Vietnam and have registered as a Gióng member (hereafter referred to as 'Member' or 'Customer'). To register, simply download the Gióng Coffee app on a smartphone via the App Store or Google Play. Each Member will be issued one (1) membership code.
Members can cancel their membership or update personal information directly in the Gióng Coffee app. If the account is deleted, all accumulated benefits will be immediately revoked and cannot be restored. Upon account cancellation, Customer data will no longer be valid in the Gióng system.
PERSONAL DATA AND USAGE PURPOSE
Personal data provided by the Customer helps us understand their needs, maintain relationships, process transactions (if any), complete delivery obligations, and enhance service quality.
We collect Personal Data for the following purposes, including but not limited to: - Processing information related to product and service delivery to best meet Member requirements. - Addressing inquiries from Members.
REWARD POINT ACCUMULATION PROGRAM
The Reward Point Accumulation Program is organized by Eco Gióng Joint Stock Company and operates within the Gióng Coffee app. Upon successful app download, Customers can participate in the program.
At any time, we may amend the program's rules by modifying the applicable terms and conditions after notifying or successfully registering changes with relevant authorities as required by law.
Any modifications or additions to the Reward Point Accumulation Program will be publicly announced to all Gióng Coffee members at the time of application.
Once a Member accumulates enough points to meet the redemption threshold under the Reward Point Accumulation Program rules (please refer to the detailed regulations below), they are eligible to redeem a **Bonus Point Gift Card** equivalent to the redemption value.
At Gióng, we offer four membership levels: **Corporal, Captain, Colonel, General**.
* Note: 250 VND = 1 reward point at Gióng Coffee.
Corporal: Rules: For every 250 VND spent at Gióng Coffee, Members receive 1 accumulated point when completing payment. On their birthday, Members receive one (1) gift of any drink within their birthday month. Additionally, upon reaching the first 1,000 points, they receive a free drink from Gióng's menu.
Captain: Rules: Upon reaching 10,000 points, Members are upgraded to **Captain** and receive one (1) gift of a drink and a pastry during their birthday month.
Colonel: Rules: Upon reaching 100,000 points, Members are upgraded to **Colonel** and receive one (1) gift of a drink, a pastry, and a water bottle of their choice from Gióng Coffee.
General: Rules: Upon reaching 320,000 points, Members are upgraded to **General** and receive one (1) gift of a drink, a cake, and four (4) hours of private meeting room usage.
BENEFITS OF THE MEMBER APP
The Gióng Coffee Member App, at all times, is the intellectual property of Eco Gióng Joint Stock Company. Members may not transfer their accounts to others. In case of a lost password, Members must notify us immediately.
The Gióng Coffee Member App is used to accumulate reward points when shopping at Gióng Coffee and making payments via cash, gift cards issued by Eco Gióng Joint Stock Company, or any bank card owned by the Member.
To avoid confusion, reward points cannot be accumulated when using gift vouchers of any kind.
Reward points must be redeemed within one (1) year from the last transaction date at Gióng Coffee.
MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts that violate current laws.
Fraud or abuse (e.g., using unauthorized software, illegally accessing the system, colluding with Gióng employees for personal gain, etc.).
Violation of these terms and conditions.
Engaging in fraudulent activities, misusing rewards, membership cards, or membership benefits.
Failure to pay bills on time (if applicable).
Other cases as defined by Gióng Coffee.
We reserve the right to take legal action against the above violations. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits our legal rights or remedies.
Members can update personal and transaction information anytime, but their registered name cannot be changed. Personal information will not be disclosed or shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law enforcement or legal authorities.
FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS
The Reward Point Accumulation Program is publicly and transparently displayed on the website and at Gióng Coffee stores. Members are responsible for providing accurate information; we are not liable for complaints based on incorrect information.

For Customers: Customers who shop at Gióng Coffee and register as members.
For every 250 VND spent, Customers earn 1 point, accumulating in both Current Accumulated Points and Voucher Exchange Points.
At checkout, Members must present their Membership Code to accumulate reward points correctly. We do not accept receipts or invoices from past transactions for point accumulation if the request is not made on the purchase date.
Depending on specific program rules, Members may need to present an ID or passport for membership verification.
We are not responsible for tax obligations related to benefits or rewards. Membership benefits cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred (unless authorized by us or our partners). Any unauthorized transfer or sale of reward points will void them.
We reserve the right to cancel accumulated points or terminate membership immediately upon detecting violations.
